CCTV & Intercom

See who's there. Decide who comes in.

AI cameras that separate delivery drivers from strangers, paired with an intercom that lets you see, speak to, and let in whoever's at the door, from anywhere. Alerts designed for humans, not spam filters.

ACCESS · ALARM

Access & Alarm

Let the right people in. Know when someone else tries.

Keypads, fobs, and phone entry for doors, gates and garages. Give access, change it, or take it back from anywhere, without cutting a single new key. Alarms run on the same system, so a forced door and a tripped sensor reach you the same way.

Data, Wifi, and Network Solutions

Wifi that works in the room you're actually in.

Structured cabling, switching, and access points planned around the building instead of dropped in a corner. Everything else runs on top of it: cameras, intercom, access.

Fewer cameras, better placed.

Most quotes open with a number. We would rather open with sightlines. One camera on the right corner often covers what three badly placed ones miss. A good part of the site visit is working out what you don't need.

Alerts you'll actually read.

A system that reports every passing cat trains you to ignore it. Analytics worth having separate a person from a vehicle from a parcel from a branch in the wind, so what reaches your phone is worth opening.

The intercom you use daily.

Cameras matter after something happens. The intercom is the piece you touch every day: see who is there, speak to them, and let them in from the hallway or from another state.

We visit before we quote, and the finished install should be hard to see.

Keys are the weak point.

A key can be copied at any hardware counter, and nothing records that it happened. You usually find out one is loose after something has already gone wrong, and the only real fix is rekeying every lock it opened.

Access you can take back.

Credentials are issued per person, per door, for a set window: the cleaner on Thursdays, a tradesperson for one afternoon, family indefinitely. Taking one back takes seconds and leaves everyone else untouched.

One system, not two.

Most homes end up with the alarm from one contractor and access from another: two apps, two sets of codes, nothing joining them. On one platform a forced door and a tripped sensor arrive the same way, and arming can follow the last person out rather than waiting for someone to remember.

A record, not surveillance.

Entries are logged, so when you need to know who opened the side gate on Tuesday you can find out. It is a record of doors, not of your household, and we set it up so it stays that way.

We plan access and alarm around how you actually use the building, not around what the hardware catalogue happens to offer.

Wifi that works in the room you're actually in.

Structured cabling, switching, and access points planned around the building instead of dropped in a corner. Everything else runs on top of it: cameras, intercom, access.

Everything else rides on this.

Cameras, intercom and access control are only as good as the network underneath them. Most of the faults people blame on their cameras are really a switch, a cable, or an access point in the wrong place, so we build this part first.

Coverage is a floor plan problem.

Wifi dead spots are rarely fixed by another repeater. They are fixed by putting access points where the walls actually are, which means walking the building and measuring rather than guessing from the router's box.

Cabling you won't have to redo.

Runs are planned for what the building will need later, not only what it needs on install day, and every one of them is labelled and documented. The next person to open that cabinet should be able to read it, even if that person isn't us.

We would rather pull one more cable now than explain a dropout later.

What we stand for

Our
Principles

Five commitments we keep on every job. We'd rather be judged by these than by our marketing.

Principle · 02

We talk clients out of more than we talk them into.

Most homes need fewer cameras than they think, and a better intercom than they've been sold. We don't earn more by saying yes.

Subcontractors

0.00

If there's someone in your roof in a SKY HIGH shirt, it's one of us.

One

Installation

We visit at least twice before we quote. Once to listen, once to look.

Three

Craft

Every cable labelled. Every cut clean. Every hole we'd be comfortable drilling in our own wall.

Five

Afterwards

If the app confuses you at 9pm on a Sunday, one of us picks up.

Four · Ownership

We never subcontract. That's why we take small jobs seriously, and why we take on fewer jobs than we could.
